Canadian Police Open Criminal Investigation into Chara Hit
It hurts me to watch this hit, but there was nothing dirty about it as far as I can see, and the league seems to agree with that. Although Max Pacioretty say he is disappointed with the NHL for not suspending Zdeno Chara for the delivery of insta-pain, Pacioretty says he does not want the police to investigate Chara.

Seriously? You'd think the guy in the hospital saying "don't investigate" and the league reviewing it and finding nothing wrong with it would suffice. I guess it just goes to show how seriously Canada takes hockey ;-)
